Ok when i went to check in the room they were overbooked that caused me to have to book me another room at laquinta. Then extended stay still charged me for the room even though they had no room for me to stay in. When I tried to get my money back they lied and said I was a no show so i couldnt get my money back. When i showed up there they my name wasnt even showing up in there computer why would i book another room if the first place had a room for me. I don’t like that They over charge. I left early and they still charged me for the whole stay.

Dirty rooms cigarette smell just plain dirty too much traffic going in and out from some of the rooms

I switched a room in the morning, when I came back after the trip the staffs gave the room to another person even though my personal belongings was in the room.

The room wasn't thoroughly cleaned. Everything in the room is old and worn out. The front desk woman that was there in the evening is unprofessional and incompetent to say the least.

The location of the property is great but the condition of hotel and the one staff member encountered was terrible. Was not able to stay at this hotel due to its condition.

It was conveniently located in the middle of all venues I was attending but the cooking smells were out of control and when I spoke about it there was just a nod.
