Tweeker capital of Mukilteo Didn’t stay. Found another hotel. Drug infested homeless dump! Didn’t feel safe parking company trucks in parking lot area.

The hotel smelled of excrement and Marijuana. Our room was not available because the police had arrested the prior occupants for destroying the room. Drugs were laying on the ground in bagies after the fire department and police emptied the hotel for an alarm at midnight. Occupants with pit bulls got in dogfights with each other amongst waiting guests in the dark. The room was not ready upon checking in, so we ask to come back after an hour. An hour and a half later, we were given a room but also was not ready and cleaned. Finally a room was assigned to us but with the fridge not working. My husband is diabetic and really needs his insulin refrigerated. We notified front desk and nothing was done to fix it. Needless to say, we were very frustrated about our stay.

My husband and I had a disappointing experience here. We were instantly put off by encountering numerous smokers by the entrance who were not smoking far enough away from the building. The room was ok, a little outdated and could use a refresh. We immediately noticed that the cleanliness of the room was not up to our expectations - we found several small hairs in the sink, on the bathroom counter, and in the shower, and there was no hand soap provided for the sink. Stayed for one night. The hotel smells like smoke and marijuana. The room we stayed in has stained carpet and sticky kitchen floors. The beds are not comfortable. It was also very loud all night. People coming in and out all hours of the night and people outside our room and window talking very loud. Would not recommend staying here.

THERE WAS NO STAFF AT ALL ON DUTY!!!! No clerks no manger nothing! Fortunately a housekeeper who was doing laundry behind the front desk checked us in. In the room there wasn’t a coffee maker and when we went to call the desk to see if we could get on THE ROOM PHONE WAS DISCONNECTED! There wasn’t even coffee available in the lobby in the morning. Bottom line was this room smelled like smoke, the bathroom stunk of smoke you opened a cabinet in the kitchen and it stunk like smoke. I reserved a queen size bed which was actually a full, smallest queen size bed I’ve ever stayed in, I live in the area and only stayed there because of the heat situation with the weather, I feel sorry for people that are visiting from out of town that come to my beautiful city of Mukilteo and stay in here. Best part about the whole stay was the young lady at the front counter
