Extended Stay They charge like a hotel but provide services like a YMCA. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. It took a very long time to get anyone to check us in. Not happy.

Stuffy room with noisy AC This motel was clean and guests were quiet and service was courteous. However, the AC unit was horrendously noisy as was the bath vent fan. Overall unpleasant experience.

Rooms need maintenance monitoring. Adequate and appropriate for venue. I had one recent Extended Stay nite in Bothell which a much better venue. The closet supports were installed directly into plaster which is not strong enough to support weight. Neat little unintended prank. The sink and toilet both were slow to drain. Minor issues now but connotes significant future trouble if maintenance is not QC'd.

Terrible, worst of the worst hotel there ever been Bad customer service, worst of the worst ever, can not be any worst than this, no customer service. Tell u something is not true. Don't care about the customers. .................. Employee is not profectional. Will not go again. Any one stay there will not happy about it. Only stay one night but charged u three night. Save money and get a Super 8. Kind of low-quality motel feel, but a good $40 more/night.

Won't be going there again! My family and I stayed at Ex. St. Am. for a few days. The staff with the exception of one person was horrible. A few things that went badly: 1- They do not have 24 hour front desk because my family and I came back from an event at 11pm and went to the room and the access cards had been deactivated or demagnetized (not sure how both cards can be demagnetized when two separate people had them in separate locations. Booked a non smoking room, they assigned a smoking Smoking room for a non smoker is horrific! Mold on tub and tiles in bathroom Staff were nice enough, but hotel was full first night so accommodations could not be changed and no discount offered
