Extended Stay is not worth the risk Very old and stale room. I travel a lot and have a general opinion that I will avoid Extends Stay from now on. Last year in Phoenix my family and I were sold a room that looked like a murder was committed in at some point, needless to say we did NOT stay there and walked to another hotel. They really need to update and sterilize their locations.

stay way Bad odor in room, had to use noisy bathroom fan to the entire time, fan needed maintenance, poor condition of bedding, noisy hallway

Training Trip to Seattle The list is long! Would not honor posted/advertised shuttle service. They only have 1 vehicle for 2 hotels. Room smelled. Night shift would not answer phone and was rude. She said she was busy folding towels and had to do everything. Remote control batteries dead. TV not work. Toilet not flush, they brought plunger and held it out to me to use. Only get clean towels if you take dirty ones to the front desk. I will never go to any Extended Stay Americas. Horrible experience!

Friendly Staff Very helpful gentleman checking me in and the room was a step up from the other Extended Stay close by that my visiting relatives were staying at. BUT, I went to turn down the bedding and there were numerous hairs on the blanket and little black "things" in the sheets. They were NOT bugs but they made me feel like the sheets weren't properly washed. GROSS!! The outside walkway could use a thorough cleaning as well. Again, the staff was great but the facility needs a thorough cleaning!

I never book this hotel again My stay not good and very bad.The toilet bowl not working properly and we have to call the receptionist to address the issue. She can't do anything. We have to wait to subside the water in the toilet bowl before we can use it again. The room smell awful and they don't clean the room on the following day we stayed. They said, they clean the room only once a week. I never seen a hotel like this before. I will never book this hotel again and I won't recommend this hotel.

over booked The location I booked was over sold and had to drive to a different Extended Stay late at night. The second location did not have nonsmoking rooms so I was stuck with a smoking room. The smell was terrible. The room was not the cleanest with hair in the bathtub drain.
