The non smoking room actually smells cigarettes and A/C wasn’t working.

This is NOT the average hotel. The rooms are very small, the "Grab and Go" breakfast was a comlete joke - Old packaged muffins or granola bars from 2005. No ice machine, (gotta make your own in room.) Phone didn't work and when I went to office to report that, she said, "Yes, most don't work." Afer other questions about lack of amenities and services, front desk person said, "It's like camping here." !!!!!

Very Disapointment The room i reserve was 2 bed queen and when i checked in the clerk said she only have room with 1 bed. And the first room we got was smoking and smell horable, We were 2 adults and 2 kids and i have to sleep on floor. very disapointment for this room and hotel.

Room is stinky like cigars and cigarette. Clearly should be a non smoking room

Lot of homeless people within the property right outside your room doing drugs. I had to ask for an upper level room which had problem with stinking weed smell. After 2 room changes, I had to cut short my stay and book another hotel for next day.
