Bath tub didn’t drain well & quickly became a little pool when taking a shower. I called front desk but nobody fixed it.

Booked this hotel on the night i was supposed to fly out of Seattle and they had no rooms available because they were not cleaned

We request a non smoking room due to my wife asthma and allergies. The room smells really bad smoke and the whole room need to be Clean!

I tried checking in through a doorbell and the front desk gal whom I couldn’t even see cause she was hiding in the dark told me that they were full even though I had booked online via Expedia and still was charged

The location of this facility is terrible; difficult to get to anything unless you have a car. Construction was happening on the facility and it was noisy all day and the water was turned off without notice. The breakfast was minimal with nothing fresh and the rooms are touted to have ‘kitchenettes’, which they do, but there are no silverware, dishes, pots, etc. you have to get those separately at the office for an additional charge. Very disappointing, one of the worst Seattle stays I have ever had.

Terrible Terrible Terrible hotel in Seattle. No elevator and rooms were in 3rd. We booked 2 rooms abd all are above 70's. Teo of us were 79+. No help getting our luggage in our room. Imagine that. No brakfast. Muffin and coffee nachine in the tge office. No seating. When asked for help and reply was leave this place.

AC was from the 60’s very noisy, elevator was broken, power went out no seemed to know how to fix it had to leave a day early after 1 night with no ac was unbearably hot, had to spend a lot of money on another hotel as the area was booked no compensation offered bad bad all the way around.
