2/5 Stains on the floor ,I had to replace a used toilet tissue roll, cob webs on the ceiling , sheets had tons of strands of hair . I had to walk to get new sheets and put them on myself.

Totally disappointed because when you enter the room you can smell the intire room smell strong cigarette plus you need to get down to get coffee maker etc.The rate is expensive eventhough they said it's sale.By the way I requested non smoking room because of health issue but it turned that my allergy get worse when I stayed there.

Smoke detector works We turned on the room heater in the morning about a minute later the smoke detector started going off. there was no visible smoke but was an odor. They had us switch rooms for the next night.

very loud and not family friendly at all unsafe for kids loud and had some creepy man ohtside.

Bad experience They didn't even had lotion . I wasn't please by it

Dirty Hotel staff was very nice and accommodating. Hotel carpets and hallways were dirty and smelled.

Disability bathroom?? Got room off of Expedia and nowhere did it mention I booked a handicapped room. Got to hotel and when checked bathroom noted it to be a handicapped bathroom. Called the main desk and they stated that is what I rented and when I checked my booking from Expedia it did not say anything regarding that. The lady at the front desk told me that they did not have any other rooms available and I also noticed that all the handicapped rooms had people in them and not one person was parked in the handicapped sign. ... read more

Improvements need to be made Bed was uncomfortable, flat pillows, plates were not clean, lots of ware and tear around the entire until. Only plus was the location.
