I don't recommend this hotel to anyone. After checking in, we walked to our car to get our bags and were greeted by a large rat that walked right up to us. Very gross and disgusting. It was later ran over by a car and squished all over the parking lot. Later on the last day of our stay there was another rodent killed in the parking lot. Not a good image for the hotel. so so stay My room was on backside of hotel Right on Highway 5 Room key didn't work. Not very much attention to detail with cleaning in room. One night stay was more than enough. If I didn't have my waze app, I don't know if I would have found it

Not worth paying to stay here. The room did not seem overall clean and extremely outdated. There was air on "clean towels" hair on the floor, dirty shower curtain, the bathtub drain clogged. I can go on and on. I decided to check out early and go to a better hotel.

Motel 6 would have been better and cheaper Smelled horrible, worn out room, cigarette burns all over the room, smelled of smoke even worse when you turned the fan on, bed worn out, pillows stunk... Really expensive. Buyer be aware... Not to the standards of Extended Stay of America.

Staff was rude, room was dirty, only one pillow and towel for 2 guests.

Fine if you don't need internet. The "Free WiFi" never worked. The front desk did nothing to help except give me a toll free number to call. I sat on hold for an hour before hanging up. I called the front desk, they were rude and unhelpful.

We had reserved a room with 2 twin beds. The hotel did not honor our reservation and blamed Expedia. We showed that we had confirmation that it was booked correctly. The staff said they did not have rooms with 2 beds available and they were all booked. They obviously gave the room away. But they charged us at the two bed rate anyway. This is unacceptable.

This is not your normal ESA it was a old hotel that was modified to be an ESA. I was quite disappointed that it was not as good as my usual ESA, it was in an unusual location also.
