Horrible stay, worst in my life Do not stay here! This place has horrible customer service, it was such a bad experience. I have stayed in many hotels and never had such a complete disregard for a customers exeperience, safety, and well being. I am asthmatic so I always ask for a non smoke room. When we walk in to the strongest smoke smell ever. While checking in the hotel could not take a credit card payment. Also they said Expedia over booked the room so the gave us one with a twin size bed. Very bad on hotel and Expedia.

Old, Smokey smelling We needed a place to crash after the Taylor Swift concert. It took the night clerk 15 min to check us in. She took a copy of my credit card and ID, which concerns me a lot having just gotten a new card after my account was compromised. The bedspread cover was stained. The room smelled of stale smoke. There are cigarette burns on the bathroom sink. There was an opened water bottle on the counter, a washcloth that looked like someone wiped their hands off on it. The dark brown carpet is scary. Not a clean room at all. The area was ok. The exterior was in good repair and clean to the naked eye. The real issue was the room itself. The carpet had noticeable stains on it. The bathtub had hair in it. The side of the tub was dirty. The mirror was dirty. The wood/laminate floor was sticky. It just was a very unclean room. This was the first time I ever have stayed in an extended stay hotel and I will never do it again. I really hope this is not a standard of your service.

Loud and dirty Body fluid looking grime on the bed skirts, people in the neighboring room having loud 4am sex, mysterious drippings on the bathroom door and even the table was blatantly skipped during cleaning. Uncomfortable mattress. Fuzzy television. They tried calling me the morning I was supposed to check in to tell me they didn’t have a room because third party websites like Expedia don’t integrate well with their system. A Motel to AVOID! Reserved through Expedia, who has served us well for many years, even with European reservations, this quick trip to our old home town, was certainly successful with the exception of this attended stay at Extended Stay. The reservation clerk, whose card says he is a manager was rude, arrogant and disrespectful and you could not have paid us to stay at that motel. I had to plung the hotel toilet came into a room with clogged toilet. they didnt even offer to fix it, they just handed over the plunger and said figure it out. HORRIBLE expience. total mood killer!

There was no shower curtain. We didn’t discover this until the next morning after a late check-in and a planned early check-out so didn’t bother to notify staff.
