Overall it was okay. When we booked the hotel, breakfast was included but there was no breakfast at 8:30 AM. Staff said they were already out of breakfast. They should know how many guests are staying at their place.

Rooms were not as clean as they should’ve been. The rooms were not worth the money we paid. We were told we would have to bring all our used towels and wash cloths down before we could get new ones. The beds were very small, room was small.

When i got there i booked 2 room and only got 1

We did our booking online. Paid extra for a water-view room. When we got there they said there is no water view room available! The quality of customer service of staff is extremely poor. They just "Don't Care". One elevator of two was out of order. Got to the room, found hair on the pillow cases and sheets and towels. The carpet of the floor was torn. Found food residue on the counter . Called front desk to ask for clean pillow cases and sheets, the african american guy said "come downstairs and pick them up if you want new... read more
