Please dont book this hotel It is the worst place i stayed ever. Dont recommend to anyone.

my experience was not so great me and my husband came there and to relax and get away from noise ..but i guess that wasnt the case ...the fire alarms were goin off for a hour..we really could not relax at all ...and then good thing it was a false alarm because the fire dept did not show up very early ..that is not good ..all the hotel is great but this visit was not a relaxing one

Could use a good cleaning or updating. Area is not tourist friendly. Restaurants are scarce nearby.

Very unsatisfied I was only there for what night. The bath room was not working the day i was checking out and instead of having someone to come look at it mind you i was naked and did not want any one up there at the time. I was not able to get a refund nor a free room for my next visit cause according to the manager i refused their help. Her excuse was theres a trick to turning the shower knob on. What kind of ghetto answer is that. This has to be the worst customer experience ever and i will let every one know.

Dirty room , rude staff Troop was dirty, staff were very rude , was given the wrong room and I was unable to switch. Never coming back

Nice but some dirty areas. Few dirty areas like microwave, under tables. They need to vaccum a little better. Kitchen looks amazing until I opened the Microwave.

Don't, dont Carpet was dirty, bed dress had spot. Over priced for the service. Charged extra for early check in.

Not worth $137 Holes in the bathroom ceilings! Dirty bathroom floor! Poor designed handicap bathroom floor! Water spills all over bathroom floor, creating a very dangerous situation! Dirty window screens were left in the room behind the TV console furniture! Room smelled! You should be ashamed and return my money! This room was not worth $137 dollars! I was ripped off by Exteded Stay and Orbitz!
