You deserve better. Avoid this place! The first room I was given after waiting quite a bit was unfinished the stove and other fixtures were down and the second room seemed unclean and had a smoke odor.

To noisy can hear everything through the walls and ceiling. Could not rest properly with the noise. Hallways smelled like marijuana. The desk clerk charged me twice for my stay and still dealing with the whole refund process even after my stay.

Employees and guests were unmasked at any time although Ohio has a mask mandate. There was no hairdryer available, halls were dirty, bed not comfortable and slid on frame. Elevator slow

This place was very nasty. Didn’t stay. Refused to issue refund. Place was full of illegal activity

Okay for last minute Had to find a hotel that had a kitchen, room was clean, there wasn’t enough towels for a two bedroom room. I had to return towels to get new ones. Laundry room down the hall worked which was good. The sleep wasn’t great people in room above us were loud and dogs barking all night. Called front desk and they responded by calling them. Things just got louder. It took me awhile to post my review because I was waiting for my deposit to come back.
