When I got to my room there was some random guy standing in my bathroom. He then told me they were just leaving this room meaning that it was never cleaned before I got into it. Had dirty wash rags and towels dirty sheets of stains on them and couldn't get any till the next day.

DO NOT STAY I booked a stay at the wood springs for a full week. The day I came in I was allowed to check in 45 minutes early. Which was nice. I get into my room go to make my daughter food and the microwave is broken. And the stove. They switch us to another room where it looked like it had not been clean at all, floor were dirty with footprints, shower had grime in it, toilet had stains on the seat, food still in the freezer. You deserve better. Avoid this place! The first room I was given after waiting quite a bit was unfinished the stove and other fixtures were down and the second room seemed unclean and had a smoke odor.

To noisy can hear everything through the walls and ceiling. Could not rest properly with the noise. Hallways smelled like marijuana. The desk clerk charged me twice for my stay and still dealing with the whole refund process even after my stay.
