The parking lot is ridiculous.It is dark and very unsafe.I had to park next door at the second location.

Long drive. Important meeting. No shower. No good. No hot water. Barely enough cold water pressure to brush teeth. Was a cold night and no heat.

Front Desk Closes Early!! Hotel lobby was closed when we arrived... yes closed. Then it took forever for me to call them to get them to open the door then finally I get in and they didn't find my reservation that i had booked the day before and paid for. The staff in the morning was rude and had a handwritten note about me attached to something I needed to sign. Bad do not stay Things where not good. First night there with my kids they gave my room to another couple that walked in on us. Had to wait to get clean bedding and my kids where ready to go to sleep. Never again
