Extremely RUDE & SUPER IGNORANT STAFF ! ! ! Check in was reasonable. I extended my stay via web prior to check-out the following morning. Nevertheless, an extremely rude female representative from the front desk comes by and bang on the door telling me it's past check-out time. I had to inform her that I extended my stay and I paid online. She checked her paperwork saying that it wasn't on her list. DON'T !!!!!! There are two extended stay hotels next to each other. Don't be fooled !!! This is the old bad and dirty one. A friend of mine who lives nearby told me to book this hotel because it was new. But to my great surprise, I was booked to the old building. Not worth it as per the room cost. Lights were not working. Breakfast was not up to mark. No room service readily available.

never visit again. The hotel and rooms need to be upgraded, the pool was dirty, everything about this location was bad. This hotel has certain rooms that they place people with the discount prices and they are horrible. I will never recommend or visit this location again.

Missing stuff!! I stayed only one night and when I came in the room no pillows were available nor a tv remote. I had to go to the reception desk and get a remote and the receptionist said she would get me some pillows. Two hours later I got some poorly put together pillow. I will not be going back to this place. Thank you!

Worst hotel services ever. Worst value for price Worst experience at a hotel. No services provided yet you still charge regular prices House keeping every 7 days(absurd).Customers have to carry their wet and dirty towels to front desk, so when I did front desk told me they had no towels to give me in exchange. So I could not bathe. Horrible experience and you have the nerve to charge the same rates as real hotels that provide real service. I have already started telling everyone about your horrible service.
