The room was very nice, however, the air conditioning did not work. Also, the bathroom light was out.

The breakfast was terrible. I've never seen that before. There is only coffee, serial bars and instant oatmeals without milk. After check in, I walked in the room, a staff was cleaning with closed door. I was embarassed that someone in the room. I never stay again.

Horrible stay at this Hotel The bathtub was stained. Top of the refrigerated had 2 dead bugs. The stove needed cleaning. During the stay the water was turned off for 30 minutes, I was unable to wash hands or flush toilet.

Old, tired facility. The continental breakfast was a cup of coffee. The people at the front desk were not attentive.

Better quality for the same price in the area The room was heavily bleached - very strong smell. Facility very depressing. So called "breakfast" doesn't deserve this name.

Extremely RUDE & SUPER IGNORANT STAFF ! ! ! Check in was reasonable. I extended my stay via web prior to check-out the following morning. Nevertheless, an extremely rude female representative from the front desk comes by and bang on the door telling me it's past check-out time. I had to inform her that I extended my stay and I paid online. She checked her paperwork saying that it wasn't on her list. DON'T !!!!!! There are two extended stay hotels next to each other. Don't be fooled !!! This is the old bad and dirty one. A friend of mine who lives nearby told me to book this hotel because it was new. But to my great surprise, I was booked to the old building. The chair in the room had stains all over, the carpet was very dirty and the room was smelly. The receptionist was wonderful, very kind, patient and helpful.
