If I had the choice I’d Stay..... The management doesnt really seem to have a regards for anything other than peoples person lifestyles. Really rude and inappropriate.

upon check in was informed by clerk they had no pots pans or dishware The reason i booked this hotel was to have a kitchen in it so i could cook. After telling the clerk this he located some dishes but that was all. I had to go out and buy the cookware that i needed

Needs some help from corporate The room was supposed to be non-smoking, however the previous guests definitely smoked in there, as everything had that stale smoke scent, including the linens. The heating/ac plug in unit didnt work properly; set it to 65 degrees for heat, and the room would crank up 80. Set it at 62 degrees and it would not turn on and would get down to 50 in the room. Some of the front desk folks were great, the others definitely didnt like their jobs and were quite cold in their tone with guests.

NEVER AGAIN! Metro station (NOISE) behind hotel! Where do I start? The main entrance was locked so I had to stand outside in the cold rainy weather for a few minutes until the receptionist let me in. I check-in and I get a room on the 2nd floor. Upon entering the room, I notice: a funky smelling odor, the bed completely unmade (blanket & pillows were on the couch), and dirty dishes! Inexpensive option, but you get what you pay for The location was perfect for my trip and it is walking distance to the Marta (metro) station which goes to the airport. The hotel staff was friendly when they were available, but most of the time I ( and other guests) had to wait at the front desk for an employee to show up. I was able to check in early and they made an effort to locate me in a room near my associate. Flooding issues Flooded in first room. Had to get two rooms to replace my suite to accommodate my family. Then one of the new rooms toilet wouldn’t flush after my son used it to pi, and it ended up overflowing after the handy man said we just needed to pull a chain in the tub of the toilet. Had to go to another room. It was a very stressful weekend.

Horrible hotel, stay away! This hotel is horrible. The staff, if you can find them, are rude and not helpful at all. The room are dirty, outdated and asking for towels given I stayed multiple nights was like asking them for a winning lottery ticket. Under no circumstances would I stay at this hotel ever again. If I found myself in the area needing a hotel and this was the only available hotel, I would sleep in a rental car or on a bench outside before I would ever go to this hotel again. STAY AWAY!
