Not a good experience The room had a smoke odor and it was not a smoking room. The smell was awful and nothing took it away. The booking stated breakfast and it was granola bars. Very disappointed and dissatisfied with our stay

Not Good Air didn't work, nor could I get someone to come fix it....awful service...will not stay again.

All was good until the morning... Room was nice, slept good, got up late and wanted coffee....breakfast was supposed to be from 6:30 am to 9:30 am, but at 8:40am there was NO COFFEE, NO BREAKFAST. The desk clerk said the shipment had not come in, they ran out. Gave me a coffee maker to take to my room. So much for the 'grab and go' breakfast that was advertised. Very disappointed.

This property--which can't be very old, appears to be a 50 year old, run down hotel. Terrible property; and not nearly as good as the pictures.

Only advantage of the hotel is its location, close to MARTA and Buckehead--otherwise hotel is pretty rundown--don't be fooled by promise of free breakfast--literally, coffee and a basket of sports bars--only fitness equipment is a tread mill and cheap cross trainer--recommend you bring headphones, as the "fitness center" houses the washer and dryer

staff was the worst ever hotel overcharged me . I paid $125 per night, and their own website (extended stay America) was offering the same room for $84 plus tax or roughly 100 per night for a difference of 25 per night. When I complained about the discrepancy, I was accused of trying to argue with them and the issue was ignored.

Worst hotel ever! The hotel smelled like marijuana and my small kids were terrified to stay at this hotel. We only stayed 5 hours, my 13 year old son even woke up in the middle of the night and thought we would be robbed. We packed and left.
