Not value for Money Staffs were not at all helpful/friendly. Lifts not working for 7 days in a row and no repair was done within this period. Room cleaning /housekeeping is only once in 7days. Free Wifi is very weak and they always push you for paid wifi. Breakfast was available, but includes only coffee, cup cakes and oats bars. Overall, not at all worth the money they charged ($120/day).

I did not feel safe their. My door to my room was about 5 or 6 off the floor. That made me feel uneasy.

Dirty and stinky The hotel smells horrible. The sheets were dirty and hadn't been changed. The room smelled like a bus station bathroom. Go stay anywhere but here! Much better value for your money someplace else.

Room was smelly. Only a grab and go breakfast. Staff were friendly. Request for extra towels required speaking to four different people and tracking them all over the hotel

There was a lot of foot traffic, and people living there like it was an apartment. There was trash under the bed and the room had a bad smell in addition to having to clean the toilet and wiping away urine and hair. The halls are dark and gloomy. The luggage carts are in bad shape.

Hotel is right beside train tracks For the price I paid I expected more!! The hotel smells like dogs!! The halls are hot and stuffy. My bathroom light went out and it was so dark I couldn’t shower. At 6pm The maintenance man didn’t come in until 11pm. I had to remind him to change the bulb. The room was so hot. The dogs next door barked all night. Not a good experience The room had a smoke odor and it was not a smoking room. The smell was awful and nothing took it away. The booking stated breakfast and it was granola bars. Very disappointed and dissatisfied with our stay
