Worst Room had roaches!

Extended Stay is not at all good place to stay. First thing it was very unpleasent star ever in my fife and I would not recommend any one to go to this place. NO Napkins, No shampo. Under the stairs-Trash Can giving so dirty smell and every time you stand at door or go to pick up any thing from car, you are just passing from Hell. NO hair dryer, Iran not good leaking water with steam. Internet NOT working. Old lady at front desk very bad attitude with no respect for customers. Breakfast was just coffee and a muffin.

No rooms available even though we pre-paid When we got there around midnight they told us they had been understaffed and didn’t get the rooms cleaned, so they had no rooms available. The woman in front of me asked what we should do cause there were 3 parties that all had gotten there around the same time and needed the rooms we paid for in advance. She told her too bad and walked away. She called corporate and they told the hotel rep to find everyone another hotel. They sent us all down the road to another Extended Stay and ... read more

We liked that it was in walking distance of Suntrust Ball Park. A nice TV We did not like the blankets with cigarette burns, the AC which gave cool air, not cold, the sticky floor...the lumpy pillows...the staff, not rude but not friendly either...

The original room assigned was dirty with a messy bed. Keys didn't work for the second room. Shower was dirty in the second room with pubic hair and left over soap.

Roach motel The bed cover NEVER cleaned and you can tell, appliances were very old, says non smoking but everything smelled like cigarettes, bathroom looked liked what you'd see at a gas station though it was clean, stained shower and sink. My friends booked the wrong extended stay nearby and it was just as bad.
