My trip was to see baseball game saturday and sunday.Got there early, told me check in at 3 pm. No problem to go and wash the game, come back you will have a room. Back to hotel no room available. Drive back home. Were to stay?

Not great!Cleanliness issues at this location. Room was not comfortable at all. Dirty room. One of the bedside lamps didn’t work, tv remote didn’t work, light bulb hanging down on wall lamp. Kitchenette floor was sticky and the refrigerator shelves were not clean. Room smelled and the return air vent above the bed was filthy and caked with dust. Very uncomfortable night. This is an older location, so, I can understand being dated but no excuse for the cleanliness and disrepair issues.

Great location and friendly staff while checking in. However, the place was filled with roaches. I mean everywhere and in every place....the bathroom, refrigerator, walls, stove. Even got into my travel bad with my toothbrush. Truly disgusted.

Waited 30 minutes for someone to show up to check us in, air conditioner has serious issues and woke us up every 15 minutes. Carpet was extremely dirty and stained.

Hotel não oferece limpeza diária, papel higiênico acabou e me mandaram comprar no supermercado, café da manhã é basicamente só café e umas bolachas, camas full size muito pequenas. Localização ok.

Dirty There was trash left from the previous customers. There was an open soap still in the tub. There was an empty shampoo bottle with no new shampoo nor soap. Room smelled really bad.

Find a different place to stay when catching a Braves game. The first room wasn’t cleaned when we arrived at 5:00 pm (Check-in time was 3:00 pm) so they offered a different room. It smelled of wet dog, the bathroom didn’t have toilet paper, the kitchen was not clean, and there weren’t sheets/blankets for the pullout sofa. Had to ask for these items and was told that they couldn’t deliver them to the room but I could pick them up from the lobby. This was a very disappointing experience.
