The fact that during check in i was told there was a breakfast and to find out next morning there was a grab and go type breakfast. Also we killed 4 roaches in the room, and the shower curtain had not been changed it had yellow and brown and black mildew on the bottom. I also had to ask the night front desk for new linen.

Not a good place to stay. The person who checked us in was super nice and very thoughtful, but the good times ended there. While the area the hotel is in is very nice, the hotel is run down. The sheets were stained, the floor didn’t appear vacuumed and the cupboards were warped. The bathroom door didn’t close either. More like a halfway house than a hotel.

I didn’t even stay in the room because it smelled really bad and wasn’t ready !

booked a hotel weekend for my son and grandson he is 10. the room frightened him it was so dirty and nasty bathroom had more stains and the bedding looked dirty not changed in weeks. Very disappointed and sadden that I put my son and grandson in this situations , I finally placed in the hotel Hilton Gardens for the weekend . this was supposed to be a nice weekend for them to drive from Nashville TN to Georgia for a Braves ball game.

Nothing unique about this property. Sheets were dirty and the room smelled.

Smelling all over the property due to litter all over. No utensils in the kitchen but advertised as kitchen. Probably one of the worst Extended Stay Hotels, I ever stayed

Very Very overpriced, poor, hotel The room was so dirty I bought Clorox Cleaner, Ajax, Dawn dishwash soap and a rubber bathmat. The bathmat was because I had no idea what that substance was in the bottom of the tub--I got after it with the Ajax and Clorox and still didn't want to put my bare feet on it. It took 2 days to get the promised kitchen utensils, so I also bought coffee mugs and bowls at Goodwill. The toaster was clean and worked well. The suite was very dirty--drawers had dirt in them, carpet was stained and needed to be vacuumed, handles of the doors, dressers and cabinets were dirty and sticky, kitchen walls had food on them, microwave was very rusty and sofa bed mattress was so worn and dirty I would have trouble asking my pet to sleep on it. The AWEFUL smell in the room was bad enough that even liberally applied Febreeze only helped temporarily. The smell was from the dirty carpet and AC units (we cleaned out the filthy filters).
