Bugs everywhere We got in at midnight so we really just wanted a place to crash, didn’t really examine the room when we first got in. We weren’t looking for anything fancy. When we woke up in the morning we kept seeing cockroaches crawling on to our stuff. We had originally booked for 2 nights but we checked out early. They didn’t even ask us why, just nodded their heads and said ok.

The room I had many roaches in the kitchen and bathroom

That was the worst ever. I try to get them clean my room at least once a week without success. They never clean it. Only at the third week my room was cleaned. Also make funny of my last name at the front desk. In general I give two from 1 till 10. Not recommended at all.

Very nasty hotel please do not bring your family to this place.

Their were several roaches all over the entire room and bathroom. They were also crawling on the headboard. I was very disappointed and unsatisfied. I will never go to this location again. They guy at the front desk was wonderful and pleasant. But the cleanliness was extremely poor.

We had a reservation but felt unwelcome from the moment we set foot in the lobby, the woman at desk was easily overwhelmed by person in front of us, office had no cell service and she refused to let us have wifi until she saw credit card, then when we made it to the room it had not been cleaned so housekeeping asked us to stand outside or wait in an adjacent room. The only positive thing i can say is that we were able to get a refund and go somewhere else.

Everything was bad but customer service. Had roaches, stained sheets.
