Door stuck to the jamb when we tried to go out of the room. They did not have pillows to accommodate the guests sleeping on the pull out couch. Great location in regards to Suntrust Bank Park.

The front desk clerk was total irresponsible. Before checking she was telling us that computor shows the room is clean, but if it’s not clean, please do not come to me. Ask for the Manager. We reached the properety after 3:00 pm, after having confirmed booking through Expedia but first she said no rooms are clean yet and we will have to wait, which was disappointing to us. We never came back to front desk then after as the person checking us in was too negative for the properety itself.

We discovered both live and dead roaches in the cupboards of our room! And, , ,when my husband was shaving in the bathroom, a live roach suddenly appeared from behind the picture. We didn't discover this problem until check out time in the morning. There was no toilet paper holder so the toilet paper was just put on the back of the toilet. This in itself ism't a big deal, but it shows lack of caring on the housekeeping. Reviews. The staff was very helpful the rooms were dirty. We changed rooms at 1 in the morning because the bedding was filthy. Would not recommend.
