Uncomfortable and Not what Internet shown Rooms were outdated and smelled and beds not comfortable. The free breakfast that was shown online is different than given. Just coffee and make shift oatmeal and granola bars?? No juice no toast not what was expected! Should have cost 39.99 night for this hotel because I could have paid 10.00 more and had a real bed and breakfast! I will not be staying here again

The room was PITIFUL! There was a ball of hair on the floor to welcome my arrival. That was nasty! There was damage to the kitchen counter. The bathtub was stained and chipped. I couldn’t take a bath/shower. The bedding was dirty. I could NOT pull the covers. Other hotel Guests were SMOKING MARIJUANA in the room below me and outside the door while yelling and having a party-like meeting. Sounded like 10+ people. The stench was unbearable! I was overbooked and didn't receive the room I requested, simple two bed was all I wanted. I ended up with bed and a pullout, which was ridiculously uncomfortable. They did upgrade the room to include extra space and another bathroom but I wouldn't be surprised if someone was murdered on that pullout mattress, they're lucky I was desperate and it was late.

The room was dirty and had a very strong odor (headache inducing). Check in took 35 minutes because of computer problems. The listing said breakfast was available and there wasn’t a breakfast. There were no cups or coffee maker/kettle in the room. The bathtub was also very dirty. Overall horrible experience. Will never go back.

Bed bug infestation, had to buy a whole other hotel and argue with staff about getting a proper refund. No staff member was apologetic or tried to help Han out and compensate us and it ruined our trip because we spent our full day in Atlanta trying to get situated in a hotel instead of activities we had planned.
