Ya shoulda let me know... I arrived late the first evening and had no problems settling in, watching a little T.V. and catching my z's. I enjoy, on a trip, coming back from the day and watching tv or getting on the internet. The tv was not working, so I tried to call the office. The phone didn't work. Bad job When I arrived my television wasn’t working in my room they sent a maintenance guy to repair the problem but was told the problem would not be solved until the next morning and by that time I would have already checked out of the room so all night long my stay was boring due to no TV I asked about swapping a room and was told no I did not have any other rooms to put me in I asked about a reduction in fees for my room and was told they could not do that either I will never stay at this extended stay again

no maid service-no ice machine-floor dirty- paid WAY more than anyone else at motel. Thinking about going to another booking service before I take my already scheduled trips.

Motel level It was inferior to most other hotels. Lights not functioned. Appliances are filthy. Room smells. Stay anywhere else.

Sleepless night No complaints till the last day of 3. The pipes began making a loud jack hammer sound the morning on my 2nd day. By the 3rd night of the stay it was so loud that no rest was in sight. I had to keep music on my phone and run the water to help drain out the noise. Didnt sleep a bit. Called the desk. They had no rooms and no one was there to check it out.

Spider in bed First thing I notice when I opened the door was the recliner in the kitchen up against the cabinets in front of the refrigerator. The second thing is one of the two dining chairs was on top of the table. It appears they didn't finish cleaning this room. The mirrors,carpet chairs,stove,refrigerator, etc..,dirty and grease. Accommodating We arrived a 6 pm and the room was not ready. On my 2 pillows. No toiletries. No one to help after 11. No one in lobby at 7:30 am. Etc. You get the picture

So...Many...Cockroaches So...many...cockroaches. Super cheap but you're not getting the room for the horrible bed and old furniture, you're getting it for sharing with cockroaches. I saw at least 30 in my one night stay here. I cancelled and went and stayed somewhere else

Anita did a terrible job explaining where my room was located. Said room’s a/c didn’t work, called front desk to inquire, phone broke. Reassigned to another room where light switches didn’t work. No cups/glasses in either room.
