There was no one at the front desk for check in for about 10 minutes and no bell to call someone. Someone was calling on the phone for about 3 minutes at the desk. The room looked modern except for the water features. The sink constantly dripped and both the bath and shower heads would run at the same time with no way to adjust.

The shower curtain wasn't long enough and the bed was hard. We were in 154.No Kleenex was available.
Room smell like smoke tub was dirty rusted.
