The room was filthy with a sneaker and broken combs. The rooms smelled. The lady at the front desk gave me a refund.

The girl who checked in was rude and nasty. The bathroom has a dead fly and cobwebs on the sink area. Room stunk. Cheapest beds on the market are here. I know you get what you pay for, but spend the extra money and go somewhere else

Dirty Our room had fleas and the pullout bed in the couch was absolutely disgusting to the point of being unusable.

Place is disgusting. Bedding was stinky and dirty. Towels were dirty. Carpets are gross and rooms stink. They need to renovate and do a deep cleaning here! Staff was very unprofessional, she in the back having drinks with some tenants. DO NOT STAY HERE!

This place should be taken off Hotels.com. I have stayed at Stay America in other states but non were bad like this. This property is unkept, flies in the lobby and rooms, trash around the property, rooms not cleaned or kept up, dead and alive bugs in rooms. There was

15時からチェックインと書かれているにも関わらず準備出来ていないといって結局部屋に入れたのが16時30分過ぎ。更に部屋に入ると強烈な臭い床にワックスでも塗ったのか長時間いると気分が悪くなるので部屋でリラックスも出来ない。極め付けは、爆睡中の深夜3時ドアを叩き叫び声が聞こえてきたと思ったら窓の網戸を外して窓を開けて侵入しようとする不審者。ここである程度状況把握でき起き上がって窓を見ると目が合いちょっと驚く不審者と思った人。ソーリーと言って開けた窓をそそくさと元に戻して立ち去っていきました。状況が把握出来ているような何が起こったかわからない状況で恐怖だけが残り眠れぬ夜となってしまった。 翌朝フロントに報告に行き部屋を変えて欲しい旨つたえると、不審者と思った輩はセキュリティスタッフで手違いで部屋を確認しにきたそうです。理由は詳細まで理解出来なかったがお詫びもなし。

Very disgusted. I have voiced the uncleanliness and the danger in which there was a strange man knocking on my door at 3:47 am. I had to call 911 and have Cobb County officers dispatched because i feared for rhe life of my service animal and myself. Nothing was done when i addressed the property manager.
