They called me to tell me that could not honor my reservation because they did not have a room. I booked two months in advance. They had my money. They finally found me a room and it was filthy. Even after a waited an hour for it to be cleaned. The complex was sketchy.

The room looks like it wasn’t ready needs a lot of work. And very noisy

Took my money and they was closed when i arrived there to the location

King suit with pullout bed Old appliances, poor cleaned room with no room service, couch/pull out bed vinyl peeling off looks real rough, plumbing issues- if someone takes a shower after hours plan on being woken up by the pipes shaking in the walls (Loud). Kept up all night with loud noise and constant traffic

The kitchen had roaches and the room was filthy. I had to buy cleaning supplies just feel comfortable sitting anything down. I was afraid to cook or bring any food into the room.
