Incompetent Staff I showed up to this location at 1am, during the night of my stay. I had to call the after hours support desk via the red landline phone outside the check in desk (offshore BTW)... got disconnected THREE times before being told on the fourth time that the FRONT DESK AND MANAGER WERE NOT AVAILABLE! After 20 minutes, I ended up having to drive around to another hotel in the area. Just abysmal customer service, but at least they refunded the money.

Hair and worn out Wife found hair in bathroom and bed. Worn out for the price. Staff waa nice.

DO NOT BOOK This hotel is disgusting the hotel smells full of smoke I was in my room one minute and the smell of smoke was so strong I called the front desk to address the smell issue she ask if it smells like smoke without me saying anything yet I said yet smoke amongst other things she put me on hold for five mins came back to the phone and said she will call me back to see what she can do guess what she never called back at this point o had no more money to book a room so I was stuck DO NOT STAY HERE I addressed it when t... read more

My grandson killed a cockroach. No sheets for pull out bed. Had to hunt some down. Pull out bed was extremely uncomfortable! Poor night sleep. Staff was nice and courteous.

Came for a Braves game and it was overbooked. Had my small daughter with me and had to panic and find another hotel. Terrible service

I guess reserving a room you want on Expedia does not actually reserve the room. Instead of the suite that I reserved, I got a standard king room. Instead of being on the ground level due to having a pet, I was not only placed on the second level, but in the middle of the property, far away from stairs. It could not have been less convenient. I was traveling with a group of 4 individuals from Birmingham, AL. We booked a nonsmoking 2 queen bed room 8 days in advance in order to see the Braves play. We called 3 days ahead of time and asked for an early check in, we were told by the staff that this was fine, we only needed to call 1 hour before our arrival time so that the staff could make sure the room was ready.
