Pictures are a lie on website I didn't arrive until about 6:45p so I knew my check in wouldn't be a problem. The lady got my info, and said let me go check to make sure your room is ready. At least 20 minutes went by before she came back. I was just sitting there waiting actually thinking: she must have had to clean my room! Manger and associates except one was very rude the noise over our head was so bad the whole time and they didn’t care and because mad , but we paid for the room

DON’T STAY HERE!!! No advance notice that the room I booked wasn’t available due to maintenance issue. Arrived at 6:45pm to check after all day traveling. We were tired and didn’t have a choice but to take an available room which meant one of us would sleep in a chair😳 TV didn’t work and they couldn’t fix it! Worst night I have ever had!

Roach motel There was a roach crawling on the bed when I got out of the shower. The check-in person seemed a little annoyed that I was there to check in.
