Not enough towel, no wash clothe in the bathroom. Strong smells of smoke odor by the exit door. Complained about this odor to the front desk and nothing was actually done.

I had to wait almost 30 minutes to do the check in as they were transferring someone else from the next door hotel and it seemed they didn't have their stuff straight. While I waited I heard about 2 other guests complaining their key card kept on locking them out. Another guest was unsatisfied with something and was yelling and slammed the door on the way out. Needs to be cleaned The hotel would be fine if they cleaned it. Hallway rugs weren't vacuumed the two nights we stayed there. Rooms was not cleaned the after the first day. No waste baskets. Floors were sticky. You get what you pay for. Staff is very nice location and cost were great.

It’s location is very suitable to me Hotel called me very same day of my check in around 4 pm that they don’t have king rooms available I m with a baby and this kind of situation is not appreciated

Staff needs work Might want to tell the woman working the overnight desk that when she goes into the back room to talk about customers, we can hear her.

Never again! When we entered the first room assigned, the mattresses were flipped on their side and all bedding was piled up on the floor. When we returned to the desk (along with another customer who had just checked in with the same issue!). The staff advised the "Inspector told me he had destroyed a few rooms. I am so sorry!".
