This is the worst place to stay. There was unclean room and torn blankets and cracked walls across in the bathroom. We asked front desk to clean the room 2 times but they are not hearing our concern and all in the vain. Try to stay better place if you’re staying with family.

The entire hotel smelled of cigarette smoke including the room. The room was very dirty…stains on walls & carpet. The room smelled of cigarettes and we checked out the next day due to the filthy conditions and stayed with family due to the bad room. The kitchenette wasn’t stocked with utensils like the add said and you had to pay if you wanted fresh towels. This hotel is being used for welfare housing and not a hotel. It didn’t feel safe & was filthy.

Hotel not what I imagined When checking in the hotel was nothing like the photos shown. The room we got had a broken fire alarm, a couch that looked like a dog bit off the corner, and a set of drawers that had no handles. The bathtub wasn’t cleaned, and the bed was had stains on the sheets, and cigarette burns. The room was not as described. The front staff that were there though were nice. It just a let down as the photos used for this hotel were actually photos for the sister hotel across the way.

Had a terrible experience, building wasnt clean, the room had roaches i had a terrible stay but the.front deck lady was vèry helpful but i wouldn't recommend antone to sfay here

Stay away!! Not worth the money! The front desk attendant was very helpful and nice. However the entire hotel needs updated. Things were broken. Cabinets not closing. There were a couple of roaches. If it wasn’t so late at night we would have ate the cost and find another hotel but with two kids and a dog we reluctantly stayed. And we got charged twice and none of the front desk people knew anything about the hotel.com charge.

It stinks a lot, from the entrance to the rooms, my room smelled like pee, the A/C in my room was very noisy, the reception closes at 9 and you have to call on one phone next to the door at the reception to be attended, the lady at the reception (Shonda), was very kind to us. you also have to leave a $100 deposit, way more than hotels I have been to that are way better than that. I felt a little insecure at the property but luckily nothing happened. Not recommended at all.
