Staff were good, property in dire need of repairs and updates. Headboard dirty and bathroom fan. Mattress was sunken on one side. Tub and sink faucets both leaked. Poor management it seems

This is the worst hotel stay I’ve ever had in my life. The room and the hotel smelled terrrible. The hallways and stairwells smelled of urine and it was carpet. On the second night, I was there at 2:30 in the morning two people attempted to get me to open my door and let them in. Took over 40 minutes to get anyone from the hotel to respond I will never ever ever ever ever stay at extended hotel again

This is by far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The place has a lot of long term tenants with dogs and the hallways smell like animal urine. The tile floor leading to the exterior door had a huge puddle of dog urine and it was left there all night long. I don’t think it was ever cleaned at all. It was just left to dry. I specifically booked an ADA room for my wheelchair and the bathroom doorway wasn’t even wide enough to get through so I was never able to go into the bathroom to shower or anything. Extended smell I checked in late (1AM). Upon going to the room, the halls smelled like urine. Got to my room and it was not cleaned! The beds were unmade and there was an open bag of Cheerios on the couch and all over the floor, not to mention that the room smelled liked poop. Of course me and family DID NOT stay and received a FULL refund! Of course they didn’t have any other rooms available so we had to find another place to stay during the Labor Day weekend in Atlanta!

After confirming late check in was acceptable. The property claimed they could not honor late check in reservation and attempted to over charge for an existing reservation. Poor customer service. Did not stay at the property.

Bad room horrible stay mildewed floor sour smell The room was mildewed soak and wet floor and had a sour smell when I tried to get a new room the office was close so me and my guest had to stay in a mildew room with a horrible smell … phone was also broken didn’t work I took video of the stay .. just horrible and I never write reviews but this was bad also the rooms or hotel didn’t have trash cans … crazy I wouldn’t stay here again sorry it was bad man just bad

This is the worst place to stay. There was unclean room and torn blankets and cracked walls across in the bathroom. We asked front desk to clean the room 2 times but they are not hearing our concern and all in the vain. Try to stay better place if you’re staying with family.

The entire hotel smelled of cigarette smoke including the room. The room was very dirty…stains on walls & carpet. The room smelled of cigarettes and we checked out the next day due to the filthy conditions and stayed with family due to the bad room. The kitchenette wasn’t stocked with utensils like the add said and you had to pay if you wanted fresh towels. This hotel is being used for welfare housing and not a hotel. It didn’t feel safe & was filthy.
