Everything was adequate for a single guy like myself just needing a place to lay my head.

I booked and paid for a room at this hotel on Hotels.com for Sat, Mar 28, 2026. When I showed up, there was nobody at the front desk, except 2 hand-written notes on the door that say: "Any reservations made were canceled, due to overbooking" and "Overbooked & sold out. Call 3rd party for refund". I was not able to get any assistance from Hotels.com that night, and the day after regarding my refund. Needless to say, TERRIBLE rating is given to Hotels.com and the WoodSprings Suites Austin Northwest.

No había habitaciones, sus métodos de solución lentos y muy malos, muy mala experiencia la que me hicieron pasar junto a mi familia, no deberían ofrecer habitaciónes que no tienen disponibles, una lástima esta aplicación

Hotel was overbooked. I had a late flight coming in and they had no staff or room. Horrendous experience!

We got there and the reception had a stick in her hand wavying it around stating she no longer had any room available. I proceeded to tell her that I had a resevervation and I had already paid it. I called at 7pm to confim my room and let the front desk know I would be arriving later than usual and she mentioned there is no set time on when to check in. Partially Hotels.com fault - NO ADDRESS for this motel on the paperwork.I printed out.. Plugged in name exactly Suites - Northwest, called motel "that is us" Got there no reservation. 10 o'clock at night. Clerk said is was down the road... NOPE not there, Wifi was out, took 45 minutes to find the right one. finally the third one of these (different adjectives in name and it did NOT match) Okay 11;00 at night. Hotel took $850 from us for a 4 night booking and did not let us check in because we came after 3am. We had a problem with the car rental and tried to call the front front desk on the way but no one answered. The girl who did not let us check in told us they will give us refund but would not pick up the phone when Orbitz tried to call them. What a shaddy business. Stayed for 12 days in this property, asked they will clean the room, they promised tomorrow 4 times and it did not happen. Towel are extra money. The service from the property manager was very bad, I made a reservation by mistake for 12 nights instead of 9 in the same day of check in at 9:30pm, when I was at the front desk asked to fix it and they said it will be fixed by the manager in the morning. she did not want to refund the 3 nights. Overall hotel experience website said pool, but NO POOL. No maid service. No room conveniences. Front desk seemed put out when we needed anything. I DO NOT recommend unless you want to go where people will leave you alone.
