Stayed for 12 days in this property, asked they will clean the room, they promised tomorrow 4 times and it did not happen. Towel are extra money. The service from the property manager was very bad, I made a reservation by mistake for 12 nights instead of 9 in the same day of check in at 9:30pm, when I was at the front desk asked to fix it and they said it will be fixed by the manager in the morning. she did not want to refund the 3 nights. The young African American lady with arm tattoos was very rude to every customer I saw her come in contact with. She likes to abuse the small amount of “authority” she has. She called my room at midnight waking me and my wife up to tell us “your ID that you used to check in was a few days expired, I’ll let you stay tonight since I missed it” as if she was about to kick us out over that?? Nice place except for the beds We liked everything about the property except for the very hard beds. We wouldn’t go back because of that. None of us slept well, even my older son that actually liked a firm bed. He was complaining about his back hurting.

Dont waste your money. No hot water. No Kitchen utensils without a 150 dollar deposit. Only 1 burner on stove worked. Smell of weed in all hallways. Panic devices on stairway doors broken. Refrigerator didnt get cold. NEVER AGAIN

Was told when I checked in that there was a 50/50 chance that I would have hot water. There hadn't been any for a week

Horrible room and service Very dirty room. There was a hole in the wall. No soap in the shower. No one at the front desk upon check out (10:00am). Slept in my clothes because I wasn't sure about the cleanliness of the sheets.
