Partially Hotels.com fault - NO ADDRESS for this motel on the paperwork.I printed out.. Plugged in name exactly Suites - Northwest, called motel "that is us" Got there no reservation. 10 o'clock at night. Clerk said is was down the road... NOPE not there, Wifi was out, took 45 minutes to find the right one. finally the third one of these (different adjectives in name and it did NOT match) Okay 11;00 at night. Hotel took $850 from us for a 4 night booking and did not let us check in because we came after 3am. We had a problem with the car rental and tried to call the front front desk on the way but no one answered. The girl who did not let us check in told us they will give us refund but would not pick up the phone when Orbitz tried to call them. What a shaddy business. Stayed for 12 days in this property, asked they will clean the room, they promised tomorrow 4 times and it did not happen. Towel are extra money. The service from the property manager was very bad, I made a reservation by mistake for 12 nights instead of 9 in the same day of check in at 9:30pm, when I was at the front desk asked to fix it and they said it will be fixed by the manager in the morning. she did not want to refund the 3 nights. The young African American lady with arm tattoos was very rude to every customer I saw her come in contact with. She likes to abuse the small amount of “authority” she has. She called my room at midnight waking me and my wife up to tell us “your ID that you used to check in was a few days expired, I’ll let you stay tonight since I missed it” as if she was about to kick us out over that?? Nice place except for the beds We liked everything about the property except for the very hard beds. We wouldn’t go back because of that. None of us slept well, even my older son that actually liked a firm bed. He was complaining about his back hurting.

Dont waste your money. No hot water. No Kitchen utensils without a 150 dollar deposit. Only 1 burner on stove worked. Smell of weed in all hallways. Panic devices on stairway doors broken. Refrigerator didnt get cold. NEVER AGAIN
