Was told when I checked in that there was a 50/50 chance that I would have hot water. There hadn't been any for a week

Horrible room and service Very dirty room. There was a hole in the wall. No soap in the shower. No one at the front desk upon check out (10:00am). Slept in my clothes because I wasn't sure about the cleanliness of the sheets.

When we walked in the first thing we smelled was marijuana. There’s was also a guy that was denied a room due to an expired drivers license and her left mass. My daughter was afraid he was going to come back and cause problems, she was very scared. There were people loitering outside. One man that was behind my daughter and I checking in was older and flirting with my daughter. Disappointed Very loud squeaky bed and blown out mattress. Filthy bathroom floor. Excessive weed smell throughout property after we were forced to sign the no smoking policy? Dirty ice trays in fridge. No lights in parking lot after dark. Rude service at check in.
