The ladies at this ESA are great! That guy that did our checkin (ridiculous) !!! Not only I DID I NOT GET the room I reserved. to add insult to injury i was killing roaches the whole time! Disgusting !! I left!

I couldn't sleep in those 3 nights due to the invasion of many cockroaches. Very dirty all areas.

When I arrived to check in there was a sign saying they had no more rooms - despite the fact I had confirmation and had paid in advance via Expedia.The clerk was leaving for the evening and confirmed no rooms were available. He and his 3 friends were standing in the entryway laughing as he told us there were no rooms and telling us ‘good luck’,
