Front desk lady was very nice and helpful; however, smoke-free room smelled like smoke, tub wasn't very clean, and people were standing outside drinking and smoking during the night.

I did not like that I made the 4 hour trip to be told my reservation was cancelled as I arrived.

This place was gross. We left within an hour of getting there. The lady at the front barely even talked to us. There was broken make up by the door that was still there after we left an hour later. We got to our room and the place smelled weird. First thing you see is the floor hasn’t been swept or vacuumed and there’s a pretzel crisp in the middle of the floor. DON'T STAY HOTEL FROM HELL The WORST ever filthy carpet was disgusting dirty my bed sheets were stained and had hairs asked to get them clean and they made me go to laundry and pick up another sheet set and change it myself but the sheets where as soiled as the first ones, took me like 30 minutes to get someone on the phone for them to just tell me to wait till the next morning when the GM could decide what to do. Worst Hotel Experience of my life,
