Friendly staff, but did not get what we reserved We checked in at 10pm and were told the only rooms available were smoking rooms (even though we had specificially booked non-smoking). They were already oversold for the night, so they told us our only options were to take one of those rooms or try to find another hotel on our own. The desk person was extremely apologetic and she did walk us through several rooms until we found one that did not reek of smoke.

Apartments not motel The smell of smoke and marijuana was disgusting. I requested towels as I stayed 16 days and they wanted to charge $10.95. They only clean the room on the 8th and 22nd of the month.

Worse place I stay at so many hotels/motels on weekends. And out of all if them this was the worse place I ever been too. I payed for a room for 2nights. And then they only have smoking rooms and I don't smoke. And when I go to the room the AC didn't work. I had to sleep with the window open. And tried to cancel the other night bc no AC and smell so bad the room. But they said i can cancel but I wouldn't get my money back. So yeah worse place ever and never going back
room smelled bad Looked clean and everything but smelled pretty bad
Dope heads up all night Had plan to stay while family transitioned into new home. Complained several times about noise above us all night and no resolution was made. Hopefully the people above us plan on staying a while because this place lost a good working customer to cater to drug users

The bed was the WORST I have ever not been able to sleep on! Extended stay hotels I've stayed in before at least offered kitchen supplies (cookeare, plates, utinsils) but none offered here! I will never stay here again and neither should you! The hotel on the other side was less expensive and has got to have better beds than this place! They are cheap and broken down on both sides. Then they don't even give you decently comfy chairs it sit in instead of being on their horrible beds!

Don't stay here! The staff were very nice, and the room was fresh and clean, but those are the only positives. It is right on the highway, so all the rooms are extremely noisy and the traffic doesn't ever abate. If you are on the first floor, cars are parked 3 feet from your window. You get ONE towel, no shampoo, no conditioner, ONE small bar of soap, no tissues, no shower cap. The blinds were broken. There are no mirrors in the room - only a small bathroom mirror.
