Worst customer service ever. Front desk lady would not even open the lobby door. Just put a sign by the door stating that they were SOLD OUT did not matter if you had a reservation or had even paid for your room. Quite an attitude. Will never use your services again.

If possible go somewhere else It was expensive. Hopefully never again. There is not even an ice machine. I was given a blue ice tray for the frig. If it is a total necessity stay there otherwise don’t.

Horrible hotel Horrible experience first thing No visible sign, upon arriving the front desk clerk is standing outside smoking at the FRONT entrance, proceed to check in she says " no room available" only double bed that's NOT what we reserved so we got put in a handicap accessible room. The shower head was tapped on with red tape & then a rubber band wrapped around it. The front desk clerk was arguing with a guest (not professional at all) Horrible experience!!!!!!

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! COMPLETE FAILURE!!! TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND SERVICE!!! We arrived at the hotel and there were approximately 30 other guests waiting to check in. The telephone lines and the internet was down. The receptionist was all by herself. The same rooms were being booked 2 or three times. Guests who had already checked into their rooms were having other guests walk in on them with keys to the room because they had been checked into the same room. Frist bad experience I did go through hotels.com to book this hotel in advance. My family & I travel quite a bit & this was the first bad experience we have had. First thing that troubled me was the fact that I was charged for the room at the time of booking which I have never experienced before. When we checked in I was told they needed a major credit card for incidentals which I understood however, I do not have a major credit card & was told they would need to debit my card for the additional $100 on top of the $115 that ... read more

Had to switch rooms my 2nd night because the room smelt horrible. The sheets had burn stains in a non smoking room and the sheets in the 2nd room weren't any better.

Bad service I walked out and went to get me a room at holiday inn. That's how bad the front desk was.
