This is still a nightmare. Paid for room through Hotels .com. When we arrived the said the room was not paid for so we paid again. Didn’t have the room type we reserved and the non smoking room reaked of stale cig smoke. Awful awful awful!!!

Horrible, unsanitary The entire common areas were filthy, covered in trash, not vacuumed, and smelled. The first room smelled of drug usage and smoke. The second room they offered smelled like a wet dog, the furniture was chewed up by a animal and the sheets were soiled with what appeared to be urine,

Hard to find--no hotel sign at road. Same litter in hallway 2 days. No ice machine in the building and no ice trays in room. Room door very hard to open and close. Floor did not look clean. NotNo towel hook near shower and no bath mat on the floor to get the towel. Shower head connection sprayed ceiling then dripped down. Small "full" bed. Limited wifi. Limited "grab and go" breakfast.

Austin visit After check in we found room did not have a coffee pot. The bathroom had no where to set toiletries, nor a shower curtain having only a sink, a commode and shower stall. My wife returned to the desk and with very little assistance from the staff was able to get a shower curtain and coffee pot. The next morning when we went to sample the "continental" breakfast we were disappointed to discover it included only coffee and a limited selection of muffins. Horrible. It was horrible. First of all it took for ever for me to find it at night as i saw no signs for it. They gave me room nr. 104 and when i walked in there was a man sleeping in the bed. They then gave me 115 where the telephone did not work and the light by the bed did not work. I did not sleep the whole night and when i finally fell asleep around 7am i got woken up by the maid at 8am telling me that this room was marked " vacant ". This Hotel Needs to Improve!!! I reserved 1 room with 2 beds & when I checked in they did not have any rooms with 2 beds. So the receptionist gave me 2 rooms that were about 7 rooms away from each other. All the occupants were very loud throughout the night. Parking was not safe since there is people coming in and out of this hotel.

I WON'T GO BACK. BROKEN DRESSER DRAWERS, NOT CLEAN, FOOD LEFT IN FRIDGE, SMALL SHOWER, NEEDS UPDATE. THE FIRST ROOM SHE GAVE, BATHROOM TOILET WASN'T FLUSHED, SHOWER HAD HAIR IN IT, DISGUSTED! I REQUESTED ANOTHER ROOM AND READ COMMENTS OF FIRST SENTENCE. WASN'T EXPLAINED OF $100 DEPOSIT HAVING TO BE HELD FOR A WEEK, NEVER HAD TO PAY A DEPOSIT ANYWHERE ELSE I STAYED. PLUS THE EMPLOYEE TOLD ME THAT THEY DIDN'T TAKE CASH..
