Stay are your own risk The bathroom handle was missing on the outside and we saw a couple live cockroaches in the bathroom. There were also long black hairs on all the towel

Run down I stayed two weeks and the laundry area was broken down the entire time and the only washer that attempted to work poured water out from underneath it all in the floor and the stairwell doors would not shut which is a major fire hazard and life safety issue. The main entrance is not up to code either. Not handicapped accessible

At least the room was clean :( The room was clean. Nothing else was. The hallways, lobby, and elevator were not cleaned the whole time we were there (they were pretty disgustingly dirty). The staff at the front desk (every single one I had interactions with) seemed bothered by any little question. One even made us wait until she finished writing a text message to even acknowledge me.

Bad experience I reserved my room a few days before I arrived. Once I have arrived they told me that they were full and had no more rooms. The hotel was dirty on the inside room service had a 4 hours waiting period for towel.

Front desk lady was not doing her job at all Cancelled my hotel, called expedia to cancel and expedia had called front desk lady to confrim cancellation and she wasn’t picking up because she was out there smoking a cigarette for 20 minutes, i was put on hold 20 minutes because she was out there smoking. Worst front desk lady ever. Never again at this hotel. Hotel still charged me EVEN when they both agreed on not charging me. Never booking again with Expedia or Extended Stay.

Never returning to this place or any extended stay Bugs in the room, cigarette burns in cover but the hotel is smoke free... couldn’t get towels because “they were all dirty and being washed”
