The hotel lobby was not clean. The condition of the room was not acceptable. The queen size bed is actually a twin. The quality of the breaksfast selection was ridiculous.
Do NOT book there Filthy room, small beds, rude staff -- need I say more?
Don’t Stay Here! The quality of the property is terrible. The first room they put me in, the AC didn’t work. The hallway of the entrance to the room was nasty. Smelled of marijuana. The carpet was filthy. Inside the room the bathroom was nasty. The mirror had toothpaste splatter as if it was never cleaned. The shower had hair in it. The carpet was coming up. There was also hair on the pillow in the bed. Needless to say , I didn’t stay and lost out on my money.
I had no problems with the rooms, the were clean. I disliked how the how the hallways were. They were old looking and dirty. It looked like it needed a good steam cleaning, beside a lot of small trash here and there. There was also trash on the floor of the laundry room. Breakfast was not breakfast, it was only small muffins and coffee, unlike other hotels that have cereal, eggs, pancakes,waffles among things. Don't say you have breakfast when you actually don't. The bathroom was a little dirty the stove was dirty the kitchen table needed wiped off head food stuck to the table the chair was dirty other that fairly clean hard to find need more handicap parking Hospitality was excellent
Not worth 82 dollars Tv did not work, floors were slanted in places, elevator made horrible noises. Beds were so small.
Hotel canceled our room, less then 2 hour notice Hotel called to cancel our rooms, with less then 2 hour notice, with no options of where to stay.
Terrible customer service. Room was pretty dirty too. Affordable though!
