Staff rude no toilet paper Check in go to bathroom no toilet paper . Told I had to come get some . They wouldn’t bring it to the room . Then kitchenette counter rim was falling apart, sticking out and I was cut on my hip walking by . Staff said sorry we will fix it after you check out . Rude staff didn’t care about my stay at all. Towels in bathroom were folded but when opened were wet . So gross . We left didn’t stay.

Bad Terminology Probably the worst hotel stay I have in my entire life if I'm being honest. First, when I checked in, I was handed a two room keys for room 211. I go up to my room and someone already in it. So I go back down the stairs and tell the front lady and she moved me to 213. I needed two beds because my kids were traveling with me. I went down stairs again to explain the issue and I got zero help. So I called the property and all they would say is a double bed is one bed and that's how hotel does sizes. I was disappointed to say the least. A school bus picked kids up for school, no hot water the first morning, I could hear people talking outside, the room smelt of stale cigarettes, the toilet handle had to be jiggled to stop running. Positives: Wi-Fi worked well, I wasn't robbed, and my truck wasn't broken into.

Was close to my conference The room was a mess. The toilet was missing a bolt so the seat would almost fall off each use. The internet would just buffer and when reported to clerk I was told nothing could be done. The heater would not work. The morning breakfast was only oatmeal or granola and coffee. We were told it would be a continental breakfast but that was not the way it turned out. Very sad experience I will not be back. I drove 10 hours to get to Round Rock very disappointed with my whole trip.

Filthy We paid for a clean room and got a dirty room. Front desk provided us with cleaning supplies to clean a filthy restroom. Bed sheets we dirty and we even found blood between the beeds. They dont even have breakfast like they say. Front desk was rude. Will most definitely not stay at rhis hotel again.

Terrible! The staff is rude and the room was NOTHING like any of the other extended stays that we have stayed in! This one was small and not the cleanest....stains on the floor from animals going to the bathroom on the carpet....the bathroom has a broken light switch cover where the wires were showing and the plug did not work and was coming out of the wall! No bath tub or counter in bathroom to put your things!

Disappointing Experience The hotel is near train tracks. You couple hear trains pass through all night (just about every hour).
