You get what you pay for. Well you get what you pay for. The walls are paper thin, but the bed was good. Had a bit of a miss understanding that I had to get corporate involved. What it came down to was I booked to the 15th of the month and I called the hotel to extend my stay three more days. I also asked again when I arrived and the manager said that once I was in there would be no problem. Disgusting This was a nightmare from the point of pulling into the parking lot. There was one parking place left and only because there was a small bike that left room for a car to share the spot. There were people at the desk complaining about remotes, keys not working etc. Got checked in and walked into our room that reeked of heavy cigarette smoke and we requested a non smoking room. for price it was a inexpensive place to stay but bed was only so so, sheets rough, toliet didn't flush. Kitchen was nice to have.

You get what you pay for I disliked this hotel very much. The heater stunk up the room I guess they haven't changed nor ever cleaned the air filter in it. I seen two roaches in my room. The towels had stains on it,so I had to use my own linen and towels. I never really felt comfortable staying here and

This is an extended stay place..really not a hotel Terrible experience..First impression was from the NASTY elevator that had the paint scraped off the door. But it looked like someone just stopped halfway through the job, and left it incomplete. We get to room to find out that although there is plenty of room for a queen sized bed, there is only a full in the room. WORST EXTENDED STAY HOTEL EVER in Bentonville!! Got to the Value Extended Stay Hotel, Had called and notified that I was handicapped and would need a room on the 1st floor close to the front entrance. Got to the hotel and they gave us a room on the 4th floor BUT even with an elevator that meant an additional length of time to get to room and IF something happened the possibility of not getting out due to stairs!! I got took! I booked a non-smoking room thought I was lucky because all the rest of the hotels were booked and I was very tired from a long day. When I got to the hotel they told me the only rooms they had were smoking. I had just got took! I was was too tired to drive to the next town so I resigned my self to just absorb the suck.

Nice location Bed was like a board. Very uncomfortable. Room smelt weird. Felt like a cheap hotel.
