WORST EXTENDED STAY HOTEL EVER in Bentonville!! Got to the Value Extended Stay Hotel, Had called and notified that I was handicapped and would need a room on the 1st floor close to the front entrance. Got to the hotel and they gave us a room on the 4th floor BUT even with an elevator that meant an additional length of time to get to room and IF something happened the possibility of not getting out due to stairs!! Convenient and Clean Place To Stay It was good for what I needed it for 2 nights, it seem to attract long term families with no permanent residence.

I got took! I booked a non-smoking room thought I was lucky because all the rest of the hotels were booked and I was very tired from a long day. When I got to the hotel they told me the only rooms they had were smoking. I had just got took! I was was too tired to drive to the next town so I resigned my self to just absorb the suck.

Nice location Bed was like a board. Very uncomfortable. Room smelt weird. Felt like a cheap hotel.

On average it is good The hotel is ok .When we try to checkin at 5:30 PM they told room is not yet cleaned we checked in at 6:45 PM due to this .But once we checkin it is good.Front desk people are nice.

Horrible Experience Horrible experience. Hotel called while enroute to inform me that they did not have any double rooms and all they had was a single. Since I had booked a week in advance, I suggested they find one before arrival. Upon arrival, the clerk was very rude and would up charging me more than the printed receipt rate from Hotels.com. I had to get the manager the next day to refund the difference. The clerk handed me a room key and told me my room was 410, but the key had 415 on it. When I asked which it was, I got... read more

Don't stay at this place! The first thing I noticed was the smell. It was awful. We left right after check in to buy air fresheners. It was awful. If I hadn't already paid for it I would have left immediately. The people that work there don't seem to know what they are doing. Clueless! Also somebody stole the trailer ball off of our truck. And the fire alarm went off 6 times while we were there. It was not a good stay.

Loud and terrible There was some kind of fight in the parking lot, police where there all night very loud. Then around 2 am and again at 4 AM fire alarm was pulled, and we had to leave our room I got very little sleep, never again

Horrible Experience - Do not stay here! I definitely WOULD NOT stay in this hotel again. The hotel was supposedly 'non-smoking' but there was a very strong cigarette smell throughout the hotel. We were awakened at 2:00 A.M. by a fire alarm and strobe light going off in our room. The man at the front desk told us the hotel was fully booked for the weekend, yet after the alarm went off, nobody was out in the hall or lobby inquiring about what happened.
