Worst place to be the service is terrible and they don’t even care about you , I was welcomed with roaches and even had one climb on my while sleeping, the next room where so loud and when I asked the management to do something about it they said they can’t and I should bear with it !

Admittedly, it was a busy weekend at this location. However, our reservation was messed up between Expedia and the hotel and the double we reserved was not available. The manager scrambled to clean a room that had been taken out of availability, and should have stayed that way. It was not very clean, there were no towels, the curtain rods were broken and the TV did not work. The manager did give us a discount on our rate, which was appreciated and appropriate for the circumstances.

Tried to check in no assistance! Nobody helped us we could not check in we had to find another hotel!

GREAT STAFF BUT ROACHES... MANY ROACHES Roaches. Many many roaches. They were coming up from the sink. Mentioned to management and they said “I know”
