Dirty Not a good experience at all. Hotel is not meant for business trips. Room was filthy. I opted to leave and go to a different hotel. I could not stay there.

Hotel of defeated Souls on a Boulevard of Broken My wife and I travel to Fayetteville for my daughter's graduation. this particular Hotel is a long-term Residence Inn type Hotel. There was a smell in the hotel that remain in our clothes right now! We have to wash our clothes to get the smell out. the chairs were hardback plastic chairs. No pool. The smoke was terrible everywhere you went it was smoke. The outside looked nice but the inside was nothing special. Just disappointing all around

No one at the front desk, despite calling in the afternoon saying I would arrive late. Unable to check in for over an hour before leaving to find another hotel. Sweet place, dirty and not safe.

Dirty Understatement !!! the most dirty hotel I have ever stayed in. It is dirty from the lobby all the way to the room. Smells like dirt and cig smoke.

Horrible Horrible service. Tried to charge extra stuff that wasn't on the contract. Tried to charge for cleaning and linen, when I stayed there 3 weeks. They never came or attempted to clean nor change sheets, towels, trash, or toilet paper.

Hello. I’m so sorry that you were not aware of our unique amenities and services, esp. the Linen Exchange program and fee. Many guests prefer to do their own laundry in our on-site laundry room, so we do not include fresh sheets and towels as part of our base rate and instead offer this service for a small fee. It would be a bit shocking to not know about this until you needed the service. I'm sorry this took away from your great stay with us.
