Bad Experience at Woodspring Suites Hotel is located in a very good and convenient to everything, but horrible service, dirty, roaches all over the room! I didn’t get any fresh towels or beds sheets through out my stay which was 3 days, otherwise they never clean my room and on second day when I went to receptionist and asked for explanation he said all his housekeeping staff called sick so he has nobody to clean. I need a free week or a refund I posted a review on July 10th and waited to see how soon the would respond they didn't actually come back in to check our stuff until Friday the 12th after we went back and asked again but we did get the fridge changed out and a new microwave, finally the maintenance man "fixed" the stove but it still doesn't work properly, I want something more than an apology because we are beyond apologies for how we are treated at this property, but for future referrence I feel the maintenance man did his ... read more

Dirty Not a good experience at all. Hotel is not meant for business trips. Room was filthy. I opted to leave and go to a different hotel. I could not stay there.

Hotel of defeated Souls on a Boulevard of Broken My wife and I travel to Fayetteville for my daughter's graduation. this particular Hotel is a long-term Residence Inn type Hotel. There was a smell in the hotel that remain in our clothes right now! We have to wash our clothes to get the smell out. the chairs were hardback plastic chairs. No pool.
