Oh man, I don't know where to start. Overall, It is not clean at all. Stain (blood, fluid) all over the sheets. In the first minutes of me entering the room I killed two bugs on the bed. I had the room for 3 nights I checked out after the first night (I arrived 2am, if I was there sooner I would not spend that one night there.) Free Wi-Fi, they forgot to mention that it is only for one device and it is super slow.

stay away We got there kind of late. The lady working the front desk took about 10 minutes to get down to just check us in. Once I got in the elevator it was dirty with cigarette butts. Keep reading it gets better! I open my room and the bed was a mess and dirty towels on the bathroom floor. So my wife and I did what any smart person would do is leave. I am currently working to get a refund for what I paid. I would recommend Expedia not support this hotel.

Cleanliness at the lowest level even got with maintenance twice before checked in to do so. Even doing twice found dead cockroaches and bugs in bathroom behind the door. Carpets are so nasty should let me know that this room has pets. Too much noise can’t sleep whole night( Loud Tv ). Luckily didn’t booked more than a week . Really want to get out after first night stay.

Didn’t feel safe There were people banging on doors and lurking around in halls and parking lot. It didn’t feel safe and the staff didn’t seem to care.

No Room I arrived later in the evening (10:00pm), and was informed that the hotel was overbooked and my room was given to another customer. This was a pre-paid reservation. While the young lady that informed of this was apologetic, I was left to find another hotel late into the evening. It's odd that when I called my booking agency to process the refund the hotel informed the agency that the hotel was not full, but authorized the refund anyway. Never Again! Beware My experience was horrible! Room was dirty! Noise level was horribly loud. Hotel had several live in tenants that would hang by the entrance. Did not feel safe at all! Not recommended.

Nothing worked in the 1st room, so they traded us to a different one. The heater didn’t work in the second one and the tv worked off and on, the shower curtain was moldy. It was also very loud.

Heating doesn’t work. No solution and no room change and no maintenance staff.
