I didn't like that in order to check in I had to call a number from a phone in the lobby, wait for a response, have that person notify an employee that I was there, then wait for said employee to come open the office to check me in…

Rooms are ok, service was good but thin walls and floors make it a must to be on the top floor, because of the noise
