First thing, staff was actually very nice and did what they could to their best of their ability. But overall, other than the bed being the only thing clean and welcoming, everything else was dirty. Fridge had mold, walls, floors, and every corner had some sort of buildup. Shower curtain always let out water causing floor to always get wet. I was double charged and the hotel didn’t have my reservation so I had to pay but I still got charged. I can’t figure out how to get a refund

Room was not ready for check-in. Used bed linens, with lots of hair on it. Stained sheets. No bath or hand towels. No hand soap or shampoo. Cockroaches in room.
