Not an Extended Stay for Us Terrible conditions. After a long day on the road we looked forward to a good rest. Instead we encountered roaches. After we reported this to management it was acknowledged the room was recently sprayed and they did not have another room available that night. We spent an uncomfortable night there and checked out in the morning.

This property was absolutely disgusting. Air conditioning didn’t work. Staff was only there limited amount of time for support. The place reeked of illegal substances. Will never consider staying here again.

Didn’t like the appearance inside the building or the outside. Hotel wasn’t willing to accommodate my request for refund.

This property was loud, dirty, and there were no amenities - no shampoo, conditioner, soap, dishes, or anything else of that nature that is expected of a hotel.

This property is all over the place. It feels like corporate has neglected this property and is literally offering subpar stay for the money you spend. The bed was uncomfortable and the furniture was just ugh depressing. There was a mop bucket chilling in the hallway both days I was there. No matter the budget of the customer visiting they shouldn’t have to endure the state of this property. The people running the property did the best they could with what they have. Go there at 1 am the website said 5:30 am check in then when we get here they wouldn’t let us check in

Their "system" was down! Could not check into room I arrived late night after a long business trip. Parking was terrible I had to park in a different hotels parking lot where I had to wait for 40 minutes for the front desk attendant to decide to answer a direct "late-night" check-in line to be told I could not check in due to the "system being down", and it being past midnight, I was unable to be allowed access to my room which I had already been charged for.
