Roaches. AC was off so room was hot a damp. Floor was super dirty—desperately needed to be vacuumed and mopped.

This is by far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. From the service at check in to the state of the room I cannot recommend it less. ROACHES ON THE PILLOW

Elevators arent working. Outside doors are unlocked and can easily be accessed by anyone. Stairs is not gery well lit and dingy. Smoke abd loyd boise on the first floor and travels up to the 2nd floor. Room itself is durty, floor is sticky with gunk, dusty and moldy. It's very unsafe and unsanitary. Especially with kids.

Zero star. Worst lodging you'll ever visit. I got there later in the night. I noticed lots of cockroaches in the breakfast area. When I entered the room, there were at least 10 cockroaches on the floor and few on the bed. When I complained to the front desk and asked if I can get a room with no roaches, the clerk said that the entire hotel is infested. I was left with no choice but to walkout. My room wasn’t cleaned when I arrived. There was used soap on the sink and no staff to report my problems. The window was closed and no answer at the front desk
