Do your due diligence! I booked this hotel very hastily without doing my research. The hotel wasnt bad at first glance except for the unusual late check in procedure. The hallways have linoleum flooring which echoes and feels cheap. The room was one step above a roach motel. Oh yeah I killed 4 German cockroaches that night in my room. I pulled the sheets down to check for bedbugs. Instead I discovered stains all over the sheets. Hairs and dirt in there too. Only conclusion to make was that the sheets were never changed. Property was dirty and in a bad neighborhood, at check in we were told not to go to the gas station next door after dark. Could smell weed in the hallways and a lot of rough looking people around in the hotel. Just not for me. They were nice enough to cancel my second night and I stayed elsewhere.

We had the worst check in, the room had no toilet paper and I got bit by bed bugs all night, I’m so disappointed at stying in this place

This was the worst experience of my life regarding a motel/hotel stay. I simply needed a good nights rest before traveling. The washer didn’t work. The dryer didn’t work. The exhaust fan in the bathroom didn’t work. All I needed was a hot shower before bed. I got my 8 month old asleep and as soon as my shower started to steam the smoke detector went off. I could t get it to stop for over 30 minutes. Then it made an EXTREMELY loud beep all night long. I may as well slept in my car!!!!!

Overcharged for a lesser room than I booked Upon arrival, I was informed that the room I booked (non-smoking double beds) was unavailable. I was offered a smoking room which was not acceptable to my 11 year old and I. The woman offered us a non-smoking full size bed. I inquired as to the price and she said the same.
