The check in process took about 20 minutes- two couples traveling together and one of us had a reservation. Walked in and set a box of leftovers on the stove top and a roach immediately came scurrying out. The white shower curtain had mold around the bottom third of it. There was hair/trash in the corner of the bathroom floor. The bed was old and creaking. This place was disgusting. The order was a big turn off. I got the card to my room. Open the door & the bed wasn't made. Dirt was aĺl over the place. I requested a full refund & still didn't get it. I wouldn't recommend a dog to stay here. DO NOT GO HERE

Sry unfortunate that we booked the hotel for 30 days but we had to evacuate because of the hurricane and when we wanted to check back in the rates had gone up! Price gouging during a natural disaster is against the law!!

During my 2 night stay, I found cockroaches and I told the staff member at the front office. The staff member didn’t seem concerned at all and actually told me “oh honey that happens all the time.” The toilet in the bathroom was dirty upon arrival. I will say most staff was friendly.
