Dirty sheets manager has nasty attitude no housekeeping the whole stay

Regarding the housekeeping, since we are more of an extended stay, we offer bi-weekly cleaning and offer more for a small additional fee. The manager said I had past fees from a previous stay. I have my receipt to show she's being dishonest. I left for school and a friend staying with me at Woodspring started a week later. As I was leaving, I paid for his last week in cash which my receipt shows so I'm not sure if that cash was stolen or what but to never call me, 6 months ago, you could have deactivated the door key, there are numerous ways this could have been cleared up 6 months ago. I should also be refunded for this stay that was cancelled by your manager

You pay for what you get. Cheap hotel, and everything cheap on the inside. Definitely needs a remodel
