When you went to check in there were two locked doors before you get to go to rooms. Type of clientele staying at this location is not the normal for hotel/motel. This location is used for more like a lower class residence for weekly/monthly individuals. Our family would have stayed our one night but just after checking in there was a 2 to 3 inch cockroach crawling up the wall in one of our two rooms. This is not acceptable in my book.

I understand I spent under $100 a night on this room, but the room was not clean at all. There were crumbs and hair on the floor in the room and in the bathroom. There is no carpet in the unit, and it was obvious the floor hadn't been mopped in a LONG time. It was pretty gross. This was room 207.

Rooms were Not clean. I had to walk on a towel because the floors were so grimy with dirt. The towel was black with dirt. the corners of the bathroom were caked with black dirt. Beds were lumpy and hard. We would have been better off sitting at the airport. I think a person could get a disease in this place.

Our room was full of roachs.We checked out out immidiately after detecting. They promised to refund the room fee. I´m waitung for the refund.

Knowing that I was arriving on a late flight into the city, I called the property days in advance to alert them. I was told the front desk would be closed after 8pm but to simply use the phone in the lobby to call the front desk attendant who would come out to check me in. After arriving at the 11pm, I walked in and did just that for 15 minutes but got no answer. At that time a couple walked in also wanting to check in.
